Sushant Rai
Sushant Rai, has over 3+ decades of media tech experience in Business Development,Sales, Systems Integration, Design & Implementation, Partner Management and Consulting across South-East Asia (a bit of China), South Asia, West Asia and Africa.
Over the years, he’s been involved with leading media-tech brands such as Tektronix, Benchmark, Vizrt, Dolby, Cisco, Harmonic and TVU as vendor and has won several 1st accounts for some of these brands and on 1 occasion was Head of Broadcast Engineering & System Design for the region’s 1st HD-ready News Network.
Sushant has witnessed first-hand industry transitions, and has played a small part in making some of them happen, in his addressable market – analog to SDI; SDI to HD to UHD-HDR; mono audio to surround audio; linear distribution to non-linear distribution; from manual data entry in MAM to AI-enabled frame-level metadata enrichment; content globalization to regionalization to localization to personalization, all in the last 30+ years.
He is focusing on cost-eXective, AI and Cloud enabled, secure solutions to address his clients’ challenges.
Esme Drew
My name is Esme and I am the Personal Assistant and Social Media Manager for BoyanaTVT. I support the day-to-day running of the business and manage our social media presence. Alongside my role, I’m studying for a BA in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre, while also working as an Assistant Producer on sports television productions. My work spans business support, content creation, and television production, giving me experience across a range of creative industries.

Born in Bulgaria and educated across Sri Lanka and Australia, I have spent over 23 years at the forefront of international media and programming sales. My career has been driven by a passion for global diversity and the power of elite sports content to bridge cultural gaps.
From managing world-class broadcast feeds for EXPO 2020 Dubai to securing media rights for the Royal Commission of AlUla, I have dedicated my career to connecting premium content with audiences on the ground, in the air, and at sea.
